1 packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing mix
2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Place potatoes in plastic bag and add oil. Toss to coat.
Add dressing mix and toss to coat again.
Place in ungreased baking pan and bake at 450' for 40-45 minutes or until tender.Serves 4-6
These are an easy to prepare side dish. Enjoy!
