Cream Of Mushroom Roast Beef
1 {4 lb.} beef roast
2 (10.75 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 env. onion soup mix (Lipton)
Throw everything in a slow-cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Be sure to save the soup & dripping for gravy.
