1 pkg. (12 oz) uncooked sausage links, cut into bite size pieces
1 c. sugar
3 Tbls. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
In a skillet, cook sausage until it's no longer pink. Mix ingredients in a pan, add sausage. Cook until hot & thickened.
*Excellent served over rice
